I made another batch of Rubber Duckie Paintings for the autumn season. I kept the turtleneck sweater fashion going for the rubber duckies within this batch just like the other Autumn Rubber Duckie Batch, but this time I decided to do a fall harvest theme by drawing rubber duckies surrounded by food that is typically harvested in the fall. One of the fall harvest foods that I wanted to feature is green apples for this painting with a yellow background. I also wanted to use certain art materials I have worked with during my childhood years along with my favorite type of watercolor pencils plus a dark orange color from a different set (the closest I have got to working with watercolor pencils during my childhood was one time during one of my middle school years when I tried using some I had to make a couple of little paintings and then painted water over them. The results were pretty interesting since it was not until my last year of college when I really began learning how to use that type of art material.). Speaking of my childhood, this painting does bring back memories of some school art projects/activities involving different colored apples.
