After completing my most challenging polymer clay/miniature sculpting project to date, I wanted to go back to making more simple polymer clay jewelry for my next polymer clay project. I thought I would make a new batch of Froggy Earrings like the rainbow batch I made back in 2022 (not too long after I started taking up miniature sculpting), but this time, I decided to use pastel colors, including a bright pink color that I call "bubblegum pink" because the pink polymer clay I used for this pair looks like bubblegum, for the arrival of spring along with Easter that is coming up. Throughout the rainy days of this past winter season, my family and I had a froggy choir outside our house that I could hear from my bed as I was falling asleep on many of those nights, which was what inspired me to create more Froggy Earrings (it would have been cool if those frogs could sing along to the clarinet music I listen to whenever I go to bed, but they probably could not hear it, let alone understand any of the songs that play every night). I used the same pastel colored polymer clay that I selected to make my Candy Heart Earrings and even though I did not mix any colors for all of these Froggy Earrings, the clay still took more kneading than the clay from my starter kit that I used to make my 1st rainbow batch.
My polymer clay earrings come in pairs. My Bubblegum Pink Froggy Earrings are currently out of stock, but I do have enough bubblegum pink clay to make some more pairs. If you would like a pair of Bubblegum Pink Froggy Earrings, or if you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected].
