I just made a new music themed batch of Rubber Duckie Paintings where I took on the challenge to draw 5 common brass instruments including the trumpet, surrounding the rubber duckies. It is not very often that I draw brass instruments, let alone with just crayons (which are some more of my new ones I got for Christmas one year), so I figured it would be quite a challenge to draw them, but I did not think it would be quite tricky to get the watercolor paint off after painting the background colors of these paintings. Speaking of background colors, I used two different watercolor paint sets, including the red color from my favorite set, to paint the background of these paintings and again used mostly my favorite watercolor pencils to paint the rubber duckies including a bold blue color for this one to incorporate my dad's favorite colors since he likes the trumpet and used to play one when he was a kid.
